Job Title: Full-Time Line Cook (Seasonal)

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to lead our kitchen for the upcoming season. As the head of the kitchen, you will be in charge of food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. This is a full-time, seasonal position running from April to October. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation

  • Oversee food inventory and manage supplies

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

  • Develop and execute menus, keeping seasonal ingredients in mind

  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and safety standards

  • Monitor kitchen operations to maintain quality, consistency, and cost control

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and staff management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
